Temporary Project Support Officer- Nottingham or Alfreton based- Hybrid- £14.76 per hour Cherry Professional are pleased to be working with their public sector client to fulfill a requirement for a Temporary Project Support Officer to support a wider Project Management team through meeting coordination, document control, minute taking, and completing deadlines.Responsibilities
  • Translate meeting discussions into relevant content that can be understood by all
  • Be comfortable to challenge and question when necessary.
  • Have a good understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to keep to the set timelines, and chase stakeholders when needed.
  • Co-ordinate, minute, and potentially chair large project meetings.
  • Review and drive process improvements, helping to implement new processes to improve efficiencies within the function.
Ideal Person
  • Experience of Prince2 or equivalent project methodologies.
  • A good understanding of RAID Principles and Change Control
  • Intermediate level of competency in MS Office,with previous experience of MS Project.
  • The ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to work on your own initiative with little supervision.
