- Translate meeting discussions into relevant content that can be understood by all
- Be comfortable to challenge and question when necessary.
- Have a good understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to keep to the set timelines, and chase stakeholders when needed.
- Co-ordinate, minute, and potentially chair large project meetings.
- Review and drive process improvements, helping to implement new processes to improve efficiencies within the function.
- Experience of Prince2 or equivalent project methodologies.
- A good understanding of RAID Principles and Change Control
- Intermediate level of competency in MS Office,with previous experience of MS Project.
- The ability to engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to work on your own initiative with little supervision.
