We are currently seeking a Project Support Officer to join a large housing provider based in Beeston. This role offers a hybrid working model, requiring three days per week in the office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various projects and initiatives aligned with the corporate plan.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and deliver day-to-day tasks in designated projects.
  • Monitor project plans to identify and address any risks of overdue tasks, notifying the relevant initiative lead or Project Manager.
  • Lead on specific initiatives as part of wider projects within the Strategy, Projects, and Performance team.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Projects and Planning to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain risk and issue logs.
  • Analyse data and processes to identify service improvement opportunities.
  • Provide support to colleagues within the Strategy, Projects, and Performance team.
  • Manage your own professional development by utilizing available learning resources and personal networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to work independently and analyse information.
  • Highly adaptable, able to adjust to changing priorities and new situations.
  • Good understanding of service delivery processes.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Excellent time management skills, capable of managing conflicting priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in writing and analysing reports, identifying trends to support decision-making.
  • A track record of shaping service improvements for internal or external customers.
  • Interest and understanding of project delivery.
