Sales Administrator - Nottingham - £25,000 - £27,000Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a client in Nottingham as they look to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their team.  This role would suit someone who is looking for a friendly supportive environment along with excellent benefits. If you have proven experience working as a Sales Administrator, then we would be interested in hearing from you.In return you’ll receive:

Sales Administrator responsibilities:
  • Managing inbound calls and emails
  • Processing all UK and Export orders
  • Processing shipments which include producing customs and shipping documents
  • Progressing deliveries with parcel and pallet carriers
  • Managing stock in terms of back orders and split deliveries and communicating with customers to advise status of their order
  • Liaising with internal departments regarding lead times
  • Running reports and updating spreadsheets
  • Maintaining documents and records, updating and filing as required
  • Assisting with preparation for internal and external audits
Key Requirements and Preferences:
  • Ideally you will have experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Clear communication skills, written and verbal
