Senior Financial Planning AdministratorLocation: Nottingham (Onsite Parking Available)Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMSalary: £28,000 - £32,000

We are working with a Nottingham IFA that is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Planning Administrator with strong administrative skills to support their paraplanning and advice teams. This role requires someone with previous Financial Services experience to manage administration workflows and be first point of contact for clients. As a Senior Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client cases and supporting the advisory process.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and providers to manage ongoing cases and processes.• Assisting in the preparation of suitability reports and financial recommendations alongside paraplanners.• Managing group pensions and protection schemes with a high level of attention to detail as part of the Senior Financial Planning Administrator responsibilities.• Processing fund switches, contributions, withdrawals, and Letters of Authority (LOAs).• Ensuring compliance with deadlines and service standards, reflecting the high standards expected of a Senior Financial Planning Administrator.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Experience with group pensions.• Previous experience working within an IFA firm, ideally in a Senior Financial Planning Administrator capacity.
