Capella Professional are delighted to be working with a rapidly growing food and beverage brand on their search for an additional Supply Chain Assistant. Founded in 2018, the company specialises in innovative, low-calorie, and low-sugar alternatives, offering a diverse range of products, including syrups, sauces, spreads, and baking kits.

The Role.

The Supply Chain Assistant role is crucial in ensuring the smooth procurement of raw materials and finished goods for the snack and beverage manufacturing and supply operations. You will play a key part in stock control, supplier coordination, and ensuring customers receive accurate product information.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Stock Control Source raw materials and finished goods while maintaining optimal stock levels to prevent shortages and meet financial targets.

Product & Inventory Management Maintain accurate product listings and manage inventory using stock control software.

Logistics Coordination Arrange transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.

Supplier & Customer Communication Work closely with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.

Process Improvement Identify and implement ways to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Essential Criteria To Be Invited To Interview:

Experience in a supply chain, procurement, or stock control role.

Experienced in using Stock Control Systems (MRP or ERP)
