As Brand & Content Specialist, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, multi-platform content that connects with B2B customers, suppliers, and internal teams. From creating impactful social media campaigns and case studies to delivering internal engagement initiatives, you’ll be responsible for bringing the brand to life. This role combines strategic marketing with creative content creation, offering an excellent chance to showcase your skills and make it your own.

Location: NG7 – Fully office based

Hours: 9am – 5pm

Salary: £30k - £35k per annum

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and create content across social media, blogs, video, and newsletters
  • Lead on case studies, whitepapers, and industry insights
  • Proofreading and editing communications to maintain accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Research industry related topics for content creation
  • Shape brand visuals and messaging for campaigns
  • Support HR with employee engagement and events planning
  • Maintain and update the company website using WordPress and Elementor
  • Contribute to specialise projects

ABOUT YOU

  • 2:1 Bachelor’s degree with a focus on communications or marketing
  • Experience in delivering a variety of content, including visual, written, and video
  • The ability to convey complex messaging
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Excellent grammar and attention to detail
  • Organisational skills
  • Project management experience
  • Experience planning, writing, and scheduling creative content for social media
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva and the Adobe Suite
