Internal Account Manager - NG16 - £30,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Account Manager or Senior Sales Administrator looking for a new challenge in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Our client is looking to appoint a skilled Internal Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, support internal sales, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Location: NG16, with free on-site parkingJob Type: Full-time, permanentHours: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMSalary: £30,000 per annum + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and orders
  • Support external Sales Account Managers
  • Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints when needed
  • Maintain customer records and update the ERP system
  • Provide pricing, delivery, and product information
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in account management or sales administration within a manufacturing environment (essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
