Internal Account Manager - NG16 - £30,000 + Bonus

Our client is looking to appoint a skilled Internal Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service, support internal sales, and coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customer queries and orders
- Support external Sales Account Managers
- Process orders, invoices, and credits accurately
- Assist in resolving customer complaints when needed
- Maintain customer records and update the ERP system
- Provide pricing, delivery, and product information
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
Key Requirements:
- Experience in account management or sales administration within a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive and proactive approach to work
