Civil / Structural Technicians & Engineers - Substations
Due to increased workload we have a number of exciting Civil / Structural Technician and Engineer opportunities to join the Power Civils team. The role involves working closely with other disciplines on various new-build substations, substation upgrades/extensions and other electrical infrastructure.
Outline requirements:
• Previous civil/structural draughting or design experience on substation projects.
• Minimum 1 year Autodesk Revit experience.
• Knowledge of CDM requirements.
• Awareness of UK Environmental and Waste Management legislation and requirements.
• Awareness of relevant procedures and guidance in this sector.
Other requirements:
• 40 hrs/week.
• Location: Ideally based within commutable distance to Manchester or East Midlands but will consider candidates further afield (nationally).
• We operate a hybrid home-office working arrangement and happy to consider flexible working.
• Start date: asap.
• Salary circa £30k-£45k depending on qualifications and experience.
