What You Will Be Doing:

• • Develop strong links with leadership teams to understand business goals and become their trusted advisor within the MI & Data team.
  • Working with clients on a daily basis to understand their digital transformation journey, actively problem solving to provide valuable solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deliver solutions using Low Code development platforms (they use Microsoft Power Platform among others specific to their business like HighQ).
  • Collaborate with the Data team to understand data and MI requirements.
  • Continuously consider the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience:
  • Solid client and stakeholder-facing experience and confidence in this area, as it is the core focus of the role.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time in a high-pressure environment.
  • Background in technology, including one or more of the following: Data, low code development, BPM, or continuous improvement.

Skills and Attributes:

• • Analytical mindset
  • Strength in problem-solving, particularly in breaking down problems and leading into solution design and prototype build.
  • Confidence to work with all levels of internal stakeholders within a Professional Services business, aswell as project management, and technical teams.
  • Ability to design complex client solutions.
  • Resilient and confident, able to challenge requirements professionally.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic about new technology and continuous learning.
  • Personable with technical aptitude and business process model experience (BPM)

Salary Banding for the role: £40,000- 50,000 (DOE) and plus company benefits package

Location & Working Pattern: Hybrid working (2 days office based) in Birmingham or Nottingham
