Key Responsibilities for this role include the following:

  • Conduct reliability analysis and validation tests for new product development.
  • Collaborate with teams to identify risks and improve design and processes.
  • Champion ongoing reliability, analyzing customer usage and field data for engineering improvements.
  • Perform hardware testing using advanced equipment (HALT, thermal chambers), analyze data, and report findings.
  • Lead lab modernization, test automation, and efficiency projects across multiple sites.
  • Design and execute validation tests, replicating real-world applications.
  • Drive creative electrical/firmware solutions and support phase/gate reliability milestones

What you'll need

  • At least 5 years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in reliability or product testing (manual and automated methods).
  • Proficiency in reliability processes like ALT, HALT, FMEA, and MIL standards.
  • Skilled in tools such as Minitab, Reliasoft, and test case management systems.
  • Experience in requirements review, test case design, and system integration.
  • Familiarity with issue management tools (e.g., Jira).
  • Strong understanding of electro-mechanical system testing; embedded software knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated Involvement in field testing and trials.
