Bennett and Game have the pleasure of working with our client, a Revit using architectural practise with an international presence, on their vacancy for an Architectural Technologist. This opportunity will be joining their Nottingham office. Since establishing over 30 years ago our client have developed a talented team of over 60 employees, spread across their 4 offices.

Due to an influx of Education and Healthcare projects, our client are ideally seeking a candidate to be experienced within either of the sectors. Their portfolio also includes retail, leisure, residential and industrial project, with project values ranging up to the 70 million mark. This a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join an employee focused practise, that offers the benefits of flexible working arrangements and open annual leave. Architectural Technologist Position Remuneration

  • Competitive salary, ranging between £38,000 - £50,000
  • Open annual leave policy
  • Based very central with easy access via public transport
  • Hybrids working after probation, 2 days a week. Required in the office on Mondays and Fridays
  • Professional fees covered
  • Pension scheme, 5% employer contribution


Architectural Technologist Position Overview

  • The use of Revit of a daily basis
  • Producing high-quality drawings and designs, on a variety of Healthcare and Education projects
  • Working across RIBA stages with a focus on the technical stages
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control
  • Work at a practice that takes pride in developing their staff
  • Work on a variety of projects within numerous sectors
  • Opportunity to progress and achieve CIAT status
  • Familiar with Technical Building Design and Building Regulations to prepare packages and make submissions
  • Carrying out site visits


Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

  • Relevant degree qualified
  • Experience working within a variety of sectors, preferably Healthcare or Education
  • Revit proficient
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 2+ years post qualification experience
  • Live in a commutable distance of Nottingham
  • Proven Design skills, creativity and problem-solving skills in a portfolio
