They have a diverse portfolio of exciting and significant projects across sectors such as residential, education and retail. This dynamic RIBA Chartered practice are seeking a passionate Architectural Technologist with Retail project experience to join one of their thriving offices in Nottingham.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have experience job running and working on retail projects, with excellent technical abilities and building regulation knowledge.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Member of CIAT / already Chartered
- HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Couple of years of post qualification experience
- Well verse in AutoCAD and Revit
- Must have experience on Retail projects
- Job running experience
- Excellent technical drawings and detailing
- Strong understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Work well within a team environment
- Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Live locally to Nottingham
