Architectural Technologist (Job Running)

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £35-45,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is looking for an experience Architectural Technologist with proven track record of job running to join an award-winning practice in Nottingham. The well-established team work across a range of leisure, sports and workplace design and have a passion for sustainable designs.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience and will be confident managing projects from concept to completion. You'll have excellent technical abilities and should have the drive to develop and progress your career. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience post qualification in a UK based practice
  • Proven job running experience
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards accreditation
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Good knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Must live locally to Nottingham
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
