They promote a fantastic work-life balance that includes flexible hours, hybrid working and a generous holiday allowance.In your new roleYou will be running and managing a single project that includes performing duties such as:
- Developing and reviewing building plans in collaboration with design and architect teams
- Estimating project costs and budgets
- Consulting with clients
- Managing relationships with contractors and vendors
- Developing and overseeing schedules and timelines
- Managing site planning and compliance
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree in Architecture or related.
- Strong leadership and written/verbal communication abilities.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Revit and knowledge of other relevant softwares.
