A growing architectural practice is seeking an experienced Project Architects to join its team in Newark, on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have experience in sectors such as food retail, residential, local authorities, commercial manufacturing, or logistics, with a strong passion for sustainability.
With over 25 years of industry experience and a focus on innovative design and modern construction methods, our client is expanding into the commercial and retail sectors. This role offers significant leadership potential for motivated individuals ready to contribute to the firm's strategic growth.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- ARB-registered with several years of post-Part 3 experience.
- Lead projects through all RIBA stages (1 to 6), ensuring high standards and timely completion.
- Work closely with directors, external consultants, and local authorities.
- Manage design coordination and oversee both internal project teams and external consultants.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including drawings, schedules, and planning records.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and project success.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management, design coordination, and navigating planning/building control processes.
- Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM, with advanced technical skills.
- Strong organisational, time management, and communication abilities.
- Skilled in writing comprehensive specification documents.
- Possesses strong commercial acumen and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
