A top 10 architectural firm in the UK is seeking a Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist based in Nottingham.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience for the architect position and 5 years for the technologist role, with a focus on frame buildings.
Essential skills include proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, along with knowledge or exposure to the RIBA stages.
The position offers a salary commensurate with experience, a 4% matched pension scheme, and 22 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
This role requires full on-site presence, with the potential for hybrid working after 6 months, and does not offer sponsorship for non-UK residents.

I am currently partnered with a very well established top 10 Architectural firms in the UK. They are looking for Senior Architect or Senior Architectural Technologist .

The office is based in Nottingham and you are expected to be fully on site.

This is an amazing opportunity to work on commercial designs. Have the ability to mentor and coach fellow colleagues and run sustainable projects, leading these from start to finish.

They need an architect that has at least 3 years experience and a technologist with at least 5 years of experience, that has an understanding with frame buildings.

Essential skills:

- AutoCAD

- Revit

- SketchUp

- Knowledge or exposure to the RIBA stages.

Working hours 37.5 per week, 4% matched pension scheme, 22 days annual holidays plus bank holidays, going into Hybrid working mode after 6 months, etc.
