We are currently representing an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Nottingham that is actively seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to develop their career within a well-established, talented team with an exciting pipeline of work.

Our client specialises within the Commercial and Leisure sectors, but do also cover a wider array of projects and sectors. Projects that the successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be involved in, will be small to large scale and will roughly go up to £30 million in value. Key responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, high quality technical drawing packages, working closely with clients, leading a project team as well as ensure projects are completed to a high standard. The Senior Architectural Technologist will be using Revit on a daily basis so professional experience with this software is essential.

This Architectural Practice prides themselves on the service they provide to their clients. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be expected to have excellent Revit skills and also be a progressive individual.

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Overview

  • Working on a range of developments within the Commercial, residential and Leisure sector
  • Lead a small project team
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings
  • Create high quality technical drawing packages
  • Work closely with clients
  • Run project from inception to completion
  • Help mentor more junior members of the team / office
  • Go to site meetings
  • Use Revit on a daily basis

Senior Architectural Technologist Position Requirements

  • Live within a commutable distance of Nottingham
  • Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations as well as modern construction knowledge
  • Experience running projects (highly advantageous)
  • Experience leading a small project team
  • Minimum 5 year's professional experience within a relevant role
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • Professional experience with Revit; Essential
  • Excellent communication skills
