I am seeking a driven Senior Architectural Technologist to join creative RIBA Chartered Architectural Practice with a rich history of specialist expertise across several sectors including commercial, education and healthcare. Their dedicated team are spread across 5 Uk based offices and are commited to delivering cutting edge, award winning designs. This well established practice are keen to continue their sucess and have several exciting retail projects in the pipline.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have a proven record of working on Retail projects with job running experience and proficency in Revit.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Member of CIAT / already Chartered
- HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
- Extensive post qualification experience in a UK based architectural or interior design practice
- Proficient in Revit
- Must have experience on Retail projects
- Job running experience
- Excellent technical drawings and detailing
- Strong understanding of current building regulations and planning applications
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Mnage a small team
- Keen to input to continuing the success and growth of the practice
- Live locally to Nottingham
