Our client who is a longstanding and reputable UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy are now recruiting in the Midlands region for an BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor. They are looking for someone who can independently carry out asbestos surveys in line with HSG 264 guidelines across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Local Authority sites. For the successful candidate, our client can offer further training and career progression to gain more Pcert modules.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Beeston, Derby, Loughborough, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Corby, Tamworth, Burton upon Trent, Lichfield, Coalville, Walsall, West Bromwich, Birmingham, Coventry, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, Solihull.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402 is essential to the roles.
" Experience working within a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as a surveyor.
" Able to communicate with clients and colleagues of all levels in a professional manner.
" Excellent attention to detail, producing in depth reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Able to organise workload in line with company and client needs.

The Role:
" Attending Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Local Authority sites to carry out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
" Sampling of ACMs, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly.
" Ensuring to carry out re-inspection surveys upon completion of work.
" Working in line with HSG 264 guidelines.
" Using information from site to produce in-depth, site-specific reports.
