A Chartered Engineer with either ICE or IStructE, on a day to day basis the successful candidate will:

  • Lead and manage high-profile civil and structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.
  • Provide strategic direction and technical oversight to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Drive innovation and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and sustainability.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
