  • Liaise with vendors and buyers, ensuring a smooth and transparent negotiation process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and property values to offer informed advice to clients.
  • Prepare and manage sales documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and contribute to a positive office atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a property sales role is ESSENTIAL!
