We are working with a WOM brokerage who specialise in First time buyers, BTL/HMO, Home movers and Protection. They are looking for someone to join a small team in their high street store in Nottingham so ideally you would be based in or around this area.

There is also amazing potential to progress into an advisor.

Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities;

  • Process loan applications from initial contact through to completion
  • Maintaining communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Ensuring all data and documentation is uploaded to the company’s systems, with a high level of accuracy
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with the advisors as you support them day to day
  • Packaging and submitting cases to the appropriate lender

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Administrator;

  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Capability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Good time management skills
