The company provides cutting-edge employee mental health training, holistic wellbeing solutions, and a unique platform supporting mental health and wellbeing through digital rewards, recognition, and immediate access to therapists.They are a well established business that has been operating in the EAP space for a number of years.Your new roleThis is an exceptional opportunity to drive growth and strengthen market presence in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. As the UK Head of Sales, you will be responsible for working with Heads of HR and senior decision-makers, particularly in the areas of mental health, employee wellbeing, staff benefits, and EAP's. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities
  • Engage with Head of HR and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of workplace wellbeing and EAPs
  • Set, track and exceed sales targets
  • Work closely with marketing, product development and delivery teams
  • Report regularly to senior leadership on progress and results

What you'll need to succeedThey are seeking a passionate, strategic, and customer-focused sales leader with a proven track record of success in HR, EAP, or workplace industries, and a record of increasing sales revenue.
