Role Objectives

As the Global Accounts Payable Administrator, you will manage the purchase ledger, deliver exceptional service to stakeholders, and ensure all costs are accurately recorded, approved, and paid according to company policy.

What You'll Do

- Process purchase orders, invoices, staff expenses, credit cards, and other AP transactions.  

- Track and follow up on invoice approvals.  

- Resolve supplier queries and maintain a clean ledger.  

- Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment runs.  

- Maintain supplier records, bank details, and a central accounts mailbox.  

- Assist with bank reconciliations, payroll admin, and accounts receivable tasks.  

What You'll Need

- AAT qualification or similar, or equivalent experience.  

- Proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar systems.  

- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.  

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
