Legal Cashier

Job Title: Legal CashierLocation: NottinghamSalary: £26,000 - £29,000 (DOE)Type: Full-Time, Hybrid

We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Cashier in Nottingham.

This a full-time, hybrid role where you will provide an efficient and effective legal cashiering service and ensure companies are compliant at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Banking and cheque production.
• Responsibility for client and office transfers.
• Responsibility for dealing with credit balances.
• Deposit account facilities.
• Electronic bank payments, including foreign exchange deals.
• Banks reconciliation.
• Interest calculations.
• Direct credits into accounts.
• Posting, uploading and paying supplier disbursement invoices.
• Disbursement transfers.
• Handle queries both internally and externally.
• General accounts duties and any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Legal Cashier.
• Previous Accounts experience.
• High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
• Strong team player, with an excellent attitude towards work.
• Good communication skills across the board.
• Calmness and methodical approach.
