Introduction to the Company

Reporting to the Sales Ledger & Credit Controller Supervisor, you will be responsible for opening new credit accounts whilst dealing with customer and store queries.

This role would be a great opportunity to expand on your accounts knowledge after completing an apprenticeship.

Description of the role:

  • Posting sales invoices onto the ledger.
  • Raising and posting credit notes and manual invoices.
  • Processing payments received.
  • Active collection of outstanding payments via phone and email.
  • Raising and posting Journals.
  • Sorting and distributing the daily post and managing inboxes.

About you:

  • Previous experience within a Sales Ledger or Credit Control role.
  • Effective working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and able to pick up new systems with ease.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
