Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare year-end accounts up to the review stage.
- Accurately prepare and submit clients’ VAT returns.
- Maintain financial records for limited company clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage payroll processing and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients, providing guidance and support.
- Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting as required.
- Stay updated on relevant financial regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
