Job Title: Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Nottingham (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE

The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategic and integrated marketing plan that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.

You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including digital marketing, advertising, email marketing, and brand positioning. In this role, you will create and launch campaigns to support our client's product launches, as well as lead efforts to boost customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of the customer journey and be able to identify key touchpoints to help improve the customer experience
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase their brand awareness
- Create and launch campaigns to support product launches
- Analyse the success of campaigns and make improvements
- Understand the customer journey and identify key touchpoints
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and social media
- Manage the internal marketing team

Technical Skills:
- 3+ years in a senior marketing position
- Increase B2B brand profile awareness and B2C
- Strategic marketing and brand positioning
- Campaign development and execution

- Strong organizational and project management skills
