We are currently looking for a mobile caretaker to join our team in Nottingham.

The Role:

• Perform routine testing and maintenance of technical equipment, including fire alarms, emergency lighting, CCTV, and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct legionella flushes and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
• Carry out basic DIY tasks such as minor repairs, hedge trimming, grass cutting, and litter picking.
• Highlight and report any hazards or defects identified on the premises.
• Physically capable of moving and carrying boxes and navigating multiple flights of stairs.
• Manage and prioritize your workload effectively across multiple sites.
• Provide caretaking services across various locations, including Clifton, with a van provided if required.

The Candidate:

• Proven experience in caretaking and/or buildings maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety practices.
• Experience in testing and maintaining fire alarms, emergency lighting, and similar technical equipment.
• Basic DIY skills and the ability to address minor maintenance tasks.
• A valid driving license is essential.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage your own workload.
