- At least 3 years commercial experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience working in the legal sector is essential
- Proven experience working with development teams to achieve desired results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create Functional and Non-Functional Requirements documents.
- Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and where appropriate, document the ‘As-Is’, ‘To Be’ and ‘Gap’ to further enhance the processes.
- Assess the business implications of proposed changes.
- Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives for improving processes.
- Experience of working within Agile and Scrum practices.
- BA / PM certifications desirable
