About the Business Analyst Role:
- As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of business systems by:
- Working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritise system enhancements
- Acting as a bridge between business teams and technical development squads
- Identifying automation & integration opportunities to improve processes
- Supporting Agile system development using Kanban and Scrum methodologies
- Driving change management and ensuring seamless adoption of new functionalities
- Enhancing customer experiences through optimised system workflows
As the Business Analyst you'll demonstrate:
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or ITSM systems
- Knowledge of process automation & system integrations (APIs)
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum)
- Strong stakeholder engagement & problem-solving skills
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
