About the RoleAs a Junior Product Consultant, you'll play a vital role in supporting product delivery and development. Working alongside senior colleagues, you'll help ensure that clients receive exceptional solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with teams to understand user needs and define market segments.
  • Assisting in product planning and design by gathering requirements, creating process flows, and engaging with development teams.
  • Supporting product configuration, creating custom solutions, and designing workflows using no-code platforms.
  • Engaging with customers to deliver support during installation and adoption.
  • Testing product configurations, managing backlogs, and helping shape the future of innovative software solutions.

This hybrid role is primarily based in Nottingham. Following training and induction, regular office attendance will be required.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly with Windows and MS Office.
