- Leading a team of Business Analysts
- Reviewing and analysing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing processes and where appropriate, documenting the ‘As-Is’, ‘To Be’ and ‘Gap’
- Assisting with translating complex business and technical issues into understandable concepts for all audiences
- Liaising with various functions within the business to facilitate implementation of new or improved operational processes, systems, and tools
- 5+ years’ experience in a BA role
- Team Leadership / Management / Mentoring experience
- Analysis of system requirements, business process modelling/mapping (using BPMN), methodology development, data analysis and modelling, and wire frames
- Demonstrable experience of creating Use cases, User Stories, Activity diagrams, and documenting Acceptance Criteria using MoSCoW
- Process and Business Improvement
- Experience developing storyboards and/or proof of concepts
