The Role:
In this position, you will:
- Work collaboratively with a field-based Business Manager to achieve sales targets, profitability, and customer retention goals.
- Actively prospect and contact potential customers, securing appointments and managing a CRM tool to ensure accurate data tracking.
- Manage and grow an assigned customer base, addressing queries, promoting new products, and fostering long-term relationships.
- Ensure out-of-contract customers are retained and negotiate deals with external partners.
- Maximise penetration of new products and services, keeping abreast of market trends and developments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven negotiation skills and a persuasive, professional demeanour.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Sales experience and a strong understanding of account management best practices.
