Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing branch operations and ensuring recruitment targets are met.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients in the industrial and logistics industries.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of recruiters.
- Driving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high service standards.
