Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales Growth: Proactively identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and convert them into long-term clients. Exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Account Management Excellence: Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Client-Centric Support: Provide exceptional support to clients, addressing their needs, solving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Market Insights: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities for growth.
- Data-Driven Sales: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective solutions and customer satisfaction, driving an integrated approach to service delivery.
Experience & Skills:
Experience:
- A minimum of3 yearsinbusiness developmentor sales, ideally within theIndustrial Printing, Coding, or Packaging sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving significant business growth.
- Strong account management skills and experience working directly with clients.
Skills:
- Excellentcommunication,negotiation, andpresentationabilities.
- Self-driven and able to manage your time effectively, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strongproblem-solvingabilities with a keen eye for spotting new opportunities.
- Proficiency withCRM softwareand structured sales processes.
Education:
- ABachelors degreeor equivalent experience in sales.
