Building Services Manager - East Midlands

Partnering with one of the UK's leading publicly lead main contractors we are recruiting a Building Services Manager to join their growing East Midlands Office.

Our client has been established for 100+ years with a successful track record delivering major projects across the UK extending to Education, Health, MOD, MOJ and Commercial and Residential sectors up to 300m earning them one of the most reputable names in UK construction.

Their East Midlands office has a full workbook over the next 3 years providing consistent work locally in the area with huge commercial upside to capitalise on.

Role

Scope for this position will be centred aroundoffering technical building services support to the project teams across 1-3 projectsacross predominantly MOD and Education Project.

Technically you will need to have experience across both managing preconstruction and managing the delivery of your projects with support from the project teams.

You will be given autonomy with your dairy and act in an almost roaming capacity whilst being provided all the tools and benefits to logistically be successful in the role.
