Role: Business Improvement ManagerSalary: £45,000 - £50,000Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours (office based although an element of hybrid working may be available)Location: NottinghamBenefits: excellent package available
Our client, a leader in its field and due to continued business growth, is seeking to recruit a capable business improvement manager to work closely with the Director.
Duties for the Business Improvement Manager:
- to manage, maintain and improve upon the companies business improvement strategies
- to manage and maintain business processes ensuring they remain fit for purpose
- to identitfy future improvements
- to manage the Quality Insurance team and the internal audit programme
- to promote and implement regular policy reviews
- maintain all required quality certifications
- develop business improvement plans
- develop continuity plans
- attend external forums
- ad-hoc duties as may be required
Experience for the Business Improvement Manager
- self starter
- proven attention to detail
- high degree of social awareness
- excellent influencing skills
- IT literate (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- experience within a similar role
- experience from within an IT infrastructure background
- collaborative nature
