Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator for a busy insurance organisation based in Nottingham City Centre. What they are looking for:
  • Handling budgets, organising maintenance schedules, and liaising with both in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
  • Manage service charge budgets and related works
  • Coordinate pre-planned maintenance schedules
  • Work with both in-house teams and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks
  • General maintainence and over-seeing the day to day running of the building
Key details:
  • Experience in a similar Facilities based role
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • A proactive work ethic and ability to work independently
The role is due to start in January 2025 and expected to last between 4 - 8 weeks.
