- Handling budgets, organising maintenance schedules, and liaising with both in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations
- Manage service charge budgets and related works
- Coordinate pre-planned maintenance schedules
- Work with both in-house teams and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks
- General maintainence and over-seeing the day to day running of the building
- Experience in a similar Facilities based role
- Good communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A proactive work ethic and ability to work independently
