Facilities Officer | Permanent | Nottingham City Centre Based28-32k | 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - FridayCherry Professional are recruiting for a Facilities Officer for a company based in the heart of Nottingham.What they are looking for:
  • Managing statutory compliance for our commercial buildings and newly added residential properties
  • Handling service charge budgets, organising maintenance schedules, and liaising with both in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations across the properties
  • Oversee statutory compliance for buildings within their portfolio
  • Manage service charge budgets and related works for residential and commercial properties
  • Coordinate pre-planned maintenance schedules
  • Work with both in-house teams and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks
  • Occasional travel to other sites (pool car provided)
Key details:
  • Experience managing buildings with service charge budgets
  • Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
