- Managing statutory compliance for our commercial buildings and newly added residential properties
- Handling service charge budgets, organising maintenance schedules, and liaising with both in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations across the properties
- Oversee statutory compliance for buildings within their portfolio
- Manage service charge budgets and related works for residential and commercial properties (No service charge experience needed)
- Coordinate pre-planned maintenance schedules
- Work with both in-house teams and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks
- Occasional travel to other sites (pool car provided)
- Experience managing buildings within the residential market in a Facilities Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with statutory compliance requirements
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A proactive work ethic and ability to work independently
- Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
