• They measure downtime, PPM and OEE. We want someone who can understand metrics.
• The kit is good. They are making small components for medical and aerospace. So its NOT massive industrial kit bit more finesse/small intricate equipment which is high speed. So very clean shop floor.
• Pro-active and with a positive attitude this company has a very friendly can do attitude.
