Role Overview In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team to provide top-tier maintenance services that support the well-being and safety of students. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the smooth operation of campus facilities, adhering to service level agreements, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee efficient processes for responding to maintenance requests.
  • Plan and manage the annual preventative maintenance program within budget.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports on service performance.
  • Maintain accurate records for repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager on maintenance and project planning.
  • Lead and support Maintenance Team members and subcontractors, managing schedules and ensuring well-being.
  • Monitor health and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly.
About You We’re looking for a proactive and experienced maintenance professional with:
  • Relevant experience, ideally holding an HNC/HND in building services, a trade qualification, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
  • Proficiency with basic computer systems.
  • A valid manual driving license.
