Repairs Inspector required immediately to work on behalf of a local authority on a short term contract, whilst they recruit to the permanent position.As the Repairs Inspector, you will effectively plan and undertake, under the direction of the Responsive Repairs Manager, property maintenance inspections and tenant liaison services in the planning and maintenance of the Council's housing stock and other assets held.Repairs Inspector duties:• Undertake property maintenance inspections• To liaise with tenants and residents affected as a result of the works to ensure delivery of an effective and appropriate service to all users• Provide day to day advice and guidance on technical building matters ie.
