Marketing Data Analyst - East Midlands (Hybrid)
4 Days in the Office | Exciting Role with a Growing Business

We at SF Technology are delighted to be exclusively recruiting for a Marketing Data Analyst on behalf of a well-established organisation based in the East Midlands. This newly created position will allow you to work with marketing and sales teams to harness data for driving strategy, optimising campaigns, and supporting business expansion.

This hybrid role requires you to work 4 days per week in the office, offering a fantastic blend of in-person collaboration and focus time.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for leveraging data to make meaningful business decisions. You will work with sales teams to improve data quality in Salesforce, manage the Salesforce Pardot platform, and build key insights to inform marketing activities. Your efforts will support more effective customer targeting, campaign performance optimisation, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse marketing data to deliver insights and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to cleanse and validate account data in Salesforce.
  • Manage and optimise Salesforce Pardot, ensuring data accuracy and system performance.
  • Work with external data providers to source high-quality contact data for campaigns.
  • Develop marketing reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Perform regular data audits to address inconsistencies and errors.
  • Implement strategies to enrich customer profiles and improve targeting efforts.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing campaigns and audience segmentation.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align data processes and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data regulations, working closely with the data protection team.

What You'll Need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience in marketing data analysis, ideally within a B2B or tech-focused environment.
  • Expertise in using Salesforce Pardot or similar platforms for data management and optimisation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present insights clearly.
  • Experience with data cleansing and database management tools.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for data accuracy and quality.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to get involved with hands-on data administration.
