Service Desk Analyst – 4 Month Contract – Nottingham – Inside IR35
VIQU has partnered with an organisation based in Nottingham, who are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st and 2nd Line BAU Support.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will join a busy team, providing both remote and onsite support to a large user base.Â
Role responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line support on the Service Desk
- Troubleshooting and solving hardware & software issues, escalating where necessary
- Provide excellent customer service both remotely and deskside
Key Skills and experience:
- Experience as a Service Desk Analyst / within 1st and 2nd Line Support
- Windows 10 / 11 Administration and Support
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange, OneDrive
- Experience with Active Directory
- Microsoft Intune would be beneficial
- Excellent diagnostic and resolution skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Working knowledge of ITIL
