We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Nordic Speaking Customer Service Team Leader to lead our client's team in Nottingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a leadership role and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Team, ensuring the team is working efficiently and effectively.
  • Order Processing: Manage the team’s order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Customer Relations: Be responsible for managing and maintaining positive customer relationships, resolving any issues or escalations.
  • Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics.
  • Coaching & Training: Conduct 1:1s with team members, providing coaching and training to help them grow professionally and improve performance.
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in a Nordic language: Native-level fluency in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is essential.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership or team management role, ideally within a customer service environment.
  • Commutability to Nottingham: You must be able to commute to Nottingham for this hybrid role.
  • SAP Experience: Experience with SAP is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills are essential for compiling reports and analyzing data.
