Role Summary
04:30 AM till finish (flexibility around start and finish times may be required). Monday to Friday. £11.00 per hour. £22,880 per year
£26,500 per year OTE including bonuses
The role of a Multi-Drop Driver 3.5 Ton (Drivers Mate) at MKG Foods takes place on the road, driving a Sprinter van delivering numerous drops per day.
Your role will be to:
Make timely and efficient deliveries each day, from the pre-loaded van
Support a successful delivery operation by ensuring the correct stock is delivered to each customer on the drop list
Maintain a clean and safe operation, ensuring the vehicle is kept clean and tidy up to the highest creditable standards
On occasion, act as a Drivers Mate and assist with the larger HGV deliveries
As a Multi-Drop Driver 3.5 Ton (Drivers Mate), you will learn new skills and develop existing ones allowing you to progress, grow and learn each day. With time and experience, the right candidate will be offered the opportunity of training to gain a HGV license.

Essential Criteria
A full, clean Cat B driving license
This is an active role so you need to be physically fit
Work efficiently on your own
Be a team player
Good people skills: helpful and friendly
A strong work ethic, flexible and happy to work hard on their own initiative.
Have the ability to adapt and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Criteria
Experience of driving a 3.5t van is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided for the right candidate
