Joiner

Multi-Skilled Joiners required in and around Nottingham to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs, E.W.I and kitchen and bathroom schemes.

The Client

Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.

The Role

Main duties are going into void and tenanted properties, ripping the kitchen and tiles out, plaster patching where the tiles used to be, installing a new kitchen with the carcasses coming built up, install three courses of tiles and painting it all white.

The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is for 6-12 months work.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Multi-skilled Joiner
• Social housing experience
• Own Tools
• Own Transport
• You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
