Working Hours: 37 hours per week - Flexible and agile working (by agreement) to cover the service 24 hours per day and 7 days a week

Salary: Grade H - £39,513 - £42,708 per annum

About the Role
As an experienced Multiskilled Joiner,you will contribute to the provision of good quality rented housing, and the achievement of high levels of tenant satisfaction, improving the landlord and tenant relationships, and protecting health and safety.
You will support the maintenance of assets to meet statutory minimum standards for housing, installation, repair, and maintenance obligations.
You will be working with a wider range of customers and stakeholders and providing excellent customer service.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in all aspects of a Joinery and be qualified, certified & trained in a second trade (Suitable trades include: Plumbing, Plastering, and Bricklaying)
- Experience in repairs, new build, maintenance, or contract environments, including assessing and inspecting jobs, and updating records.
- The ability to use the necessary power tools and plant safely, as well as the ability to follow all safety procedures on and off-site.
- Experience of carrying out investigations and tests to identify faults and the root cause of issues, and implement lasting solutions.
- Ability to use elements of the skills of other general trades to meet the target of first-time fix where it is efficient and appropriate to do so.
- Ability to demonstratean organised but flexible approach, and the ability to meet deadlines
